1. Who we are

Flowe is a SaaS product operated by Pentagon Technology (registration number 202403194544 / AS0482594-K), a Malaysian-registered company based in Kuala Lumpur. References to "we", "us" and "our" in this policy refer to Pentagon Technology as the operator of Flowe.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers two surfaces:

  • This website ( flowe.pentatech.com.my) — marketing and sales content
  • The Flowe product — the web and mobile app used by your team to process orders

3. Information we collect on this website

  • Contact details you voluntarily provide (e.g. email, WhatsApp number, company name)
  • Language preference (stored locally in your browser)
  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention

4. Information processed by the Flowe product

When your team uses the Flowe app to handle orders, we process the data your team enters and uploads:

  • Customer PO PDFs and extracted order details (SKUs, quantities, addresses)
  • User accounts (name, role, workspace)
  • Customer signatures captured on device
  • Invoice PDFs we generate and send on your behalf

You remain the data controller for this content; Pentagon Technology acts as data processor under a Data Processing Agreement provided at onboarding.

5. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry or schedule a demo
  • To operate and improve the Flowe product
  • To keep both this website and the Flowe product secure and available
  • To comply with applicable laws (Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010)

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

6. Cookies

This marketing site uses only functional storage (e.g. your language preference). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. The Flowe product uses session cookies required for login.

7. Your rights

Under the Malaysian PDPA you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Send the request to contact@pentatech.com.my and we will respond within 21 working days.

8. Updates

We may update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For changes that affect the Flowe product itself, account admins will be notified by email.
